WhiteField is the framework I developed for transforming engineering teams from traditional execution to AI-native development. It defines a structured path from a brownfield codebase through systematic transformation to full AI-native capability.
The framework operates across four maturity levels (L1 to L4) and five dimensions: context infrastructure, tool adoption, testing practice, delivery integration, and quality measurement. It is the basis of both my consulting engagements and the free AI Engineering Maturity Assessment.
